One topic is offered at three various days/times per month, offering members a choice to best suit their schedules. The 2-hour Meeting includes:
- Classroom Session: Lecture with discussion on topics that are gun-related, safety education, and body-conditioning. Topics may include: firearm cleaning, malfunctions, holster selection, situational awareness, hand-to-hand defense skills, yoga, etc.
- Optional Shooting: Following the 1-hour Classroom Session, we head downstairs to our women-only dedicated private bay for target practice. This session has a $5 fee, though free on Wednesdays, or if you are a member of The Range St. Louis West. Gun Rentals are available for $5 plus the cost of on-site purchased ammo.
